This consists of a complete mix of cuts, packed and labelled, from mince, skirt and chuck steak through joints right up to rump and fillet steaks.The amount varies according to the size of animal, and can be anything from 15kg in weight.The price is £8.80 per kg (or £4.00per lb).Delivery is possible and we are happy to discuss requirements with individuals or caterers.
To place an order, select cuts and decide on the approximate quantity you require then either phone, fax or e-mail and we will generate an invoice (for the beef as well as a charge for postage and packing) to be sent by Paypal.
